The mission of this faculty is to offer quality education in science and technology in agriculture and foods and agricultural products from the time they leave the farm, field or waters to the time they reach the consumer that will prepare students to serve clientele needs and the demands of the nation, to be well trained in their areas of interest. Its research mission is to conduct basic and applied research on soil, plants, animals, fish, and methods for enhancing value of foods and agricultural products through the application of cost-efficient and environmentally-sound post-harvest techniques in order to provide support for the community, agricultural industries, agencies, and others relying on information in Cambodia.
